As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Program Operations & Data Coordinator to support both the operational and data systems behind our programs. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless program operations, high-quality participant support, and reliable data systems. This role blends people-centered coordination, strong communication, and Salesforce data management to support both virtual and in-person program delivery.

The ideal candidate blends people-centered program coordination with strong Salesforce skills and excellent communication. They are comfortable with technology, and passionate about helping women overcome barriers to participation and success.

Regional Relationship Manager, Worcester Area - Part Time (Remote)

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a part-time Regional Relationship Manager to expand our programs in Worcester and Central Massachusetts. This role is essential to building strong community partnerships, coordinating local outreach and events, and ensuring the effective delivery of our financial wellness programs. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, self-starter, and strategic thinker passionate about empowering women and girls through financial education and resources.

HR & Compliance Coordinator - Full Time (Remote)

The HR & Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our organization’s people and compliance infrastructure. This position ensures smooth onboarding, maintains HR records and systems, manages benefits administration, and tracks compliance requirements. Working closely with the COO and other team members, this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to build efficient, compliant processes in a lean, mission-driven environment.

Communications & Admin Coordinator - Full Time (Remote)

The Communications & Admin Specialist plays a dual role in strengthening the organization’s voice and ensuring operational smoothness. This position is responsible for managing internal and external communications—including newsletters, website content, templates, and materials—as well as supporting the administrative and logistical needs of the team. It’s a great opportunity for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
