Michelle Brathwaite

Regional Vice President at Primerica

Michelle Brathwaite is Regional Vice President at Primerica. She is also a Communicator, Educator, who helps Achieve Financial Wellness. Michelle in 2009 was promoted to Regional Vice President becoming the first Black female Regional Vice President in Massachusetts. 25+years and counting she has helped families build, grow and pass down generational wealth through investment strategies, estate preservation and taxation strategies. Very active in the Boston community and licensed in 12 states; her true passion is conducting her monthly virtual Building Black Wealth seminar series as well as designing customized Financial Wellness seminars for companies, churches, social organizations and youth groups.
Nina Charnley

Treasurer

Retired Bank Executive, Financial Coach, Public Co-Board Member at Berkshire Bank

Nina Charnley brings a unique and diverse set of executive leadership, digital transformation, financial, risk and regulated industries, customer experience and consulting expertise to the board room. She has successfully grown, restored and built businesses in every division of Fortune 100 financial services companies serving millions of customers. Nina served as Head of Enterprise Customer Experience for TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services company with over $1 trillion in assets under management and 5 million customers. As a Senior Managing Director, she was a member of the Executive Leadership Group, a leader for the Digital Transformation Team and Chaired the Customer Experience Board which she created as a governance entity. Over her career in financial services she has run multi- billion dollar businesses, reported to the Board of a large, public regional bank as head of Risk, developed and launched an online bank and several digital products and capabilities. While at Bank of America she created the strategy, infrastructure, template and accountabilities matrix for Bank of America’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. Nina has deep financial acumen and broad experience across diverse and regulated industries.

Nina has been a speaker at conferences for customer experience, technology, Diversity and Inclusion, women’s financial literacy and diversified financial services. She currently serves as a non executive director on the board of Berkshire Bank (BHLB/NYSE) and is on the Advisory Board of Women’s Business League and has served as a board member and committee chair for Strong Women Strong Girls, RI Children’s Museum and RI Hospital (Lifespan) and a mentor for Babson College, Women’s Money Matters and Everwise.

Sarah Connors

Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Kronos Bio

Sarah Connors joined Kronos Bio in April 2023 as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining Kronos, Sarah served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Patient Advocacy at Karyopharm Therapeutics. Previously, Sarah was the
Head of U.S. Communications at Oncopeptides and Executive Director of Corporate Communications at AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in her career, Sarah spent 10 years at Sanofi Genzyme in a series of communications roles of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions including oncology and immunology. Sarah received her B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross and her M.B.A. with a focus in health sector management from Boston University.
Shannon Gath

Chief Information Officer at Teradyne

Shannon Gath was appointed Teradyne’s Chief Information Officer in April 2021 and oversees global information technology and security. Prior to joining Teradyne, Shannon served as the CIO at AMAG Pharmaceuticals and in a variety of senior IT leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. She was named an Enterprise Finalist for the 2019 Boston CIO of the Year Awards for her leadership, innovation, and excellence. She was named a “2019 Rising Star” by Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Kate McCabe

Senior Vice President, Head of North American Asset Owner and Canadian Sales at State Street

Katherine McCabe is a Senior Vice President, Head of North American Asset Owner and Canadian Sales at State Street. Kate joined State Street from BNYM where she spent 25 years in various operational, service and sales roles, most recently as the US head of Asset Owner business development.

Naznine Tilak

Vice President and Head of Learning, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) at Pegasystems

Naznine Tilak is Vice President and Head of Learning, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) at Pegasystems. Prior to joining Pegasystems, Naznine was Global Head of Talent Management at Waters Corporation. She has 15+ years of experience in Human Resources at various companies including Santander Bank, State Street, and Accenture.

Kelly Young

Chief Executive Officer at Acadian Asset Management

Kelly Young is the Chief Executive Officer at Acadian Asset Management. Kelly joined Acadian Asset Management U.K. in 2009 and became Chief Marketing Officer of Acadian Asset Management LLC in 2019. Recently, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Acadian, Kelly was the European head of the index fund management business for SGAM Alternative Investments. Kelly has also worked for Northern Trust Global Investments and Barclays Global Investors in senior portfolio management positions. Kelly is a CFA charter holder, a member of CFA U.K., holds the CAIA charter, and is a member of CAIA Association. Kelly graduated with honors from Brunel University.
